My family really isn't one for fancy dinners--some of our favorite meals in Hawaii come from food trucks or L&L drive in...but I wanted an excuse to wear my sequin dress so I insisted on a nice meal out. It's sort of my dream dress; the ombré sequins remind me of mermaids (which is always a good association).
